Officer Good retired as a Sergeant from the San Bernardino Police Department after 25 years of service. He started out as a Patrol Officer and after four years, was then selected for the department SWAT team. While assigned to the SWAT team, he also worked with the Narcotics Unit. He was promoted to Detective and assigned full time to the Narcotics Unit. There he developed the Asset Forfeiture unit to seize assets as a result of narcotics investigations, as well as working with several Federal agencies. After the narcotics assignment, he transferred back to Patrol as a Training Officer. A short time later, he was assigned to the Internal Affairs office, and then promoted to Sergeant. As a Sergeant he ran the department training program for newly hired Officers. He also spent two tours as an Investigations Supervisor, overseeing the Robbery, Grand Theft Auto, Financial Crimes, Crimes Against Children, and Violent/Sexual Assault units. He was involved in the writing and tracking of a Federal Grant for technology items for the department, as well as being involved in the design and implementation of the department’s Records Management Systems.

Officer Good joined the Public Safety department in 2010 as a shuttle driver and was hired as a Part-time Officer in January of 2022.
