Any student who brings guests to campus is responsible for ensuring that they know and comply with University regulations.  Students are responsible for the actions and conduct of their guests at all times while on University property.  The housing of a guest must not infringe upon the rights of the roommate(s) and/or other residents of a living unit.  Guests are limited to a three-day stay.

While the University welcomes visitors, we have a duty to protect our community from persons who cause problems.  The University campus is private property and any person without lawful business on the campus may be asked to leave.  Visitors or guests can have their visitation privileges revoked for reasons including but not limited to:

  • Being in any way disruptive to University operations
  • Being found or suspected to be in violation of any laws or campus policies
  • Being uncooperative with or failing to identify themselves to University officials acting in performance of their duties

Visitation privileges are revoked via written notice.  Visitors who ignore this notice can be subject to arrest.
