Office of International Students and Scholars

Welcome! Bienvenidos! Saswadee!

University of Redlands welcomes students from all over the world to our undergraduate and graduate programs, and the Office of International Students and Scholars are here to help those students settle into life in the US and succeed in their programs of study at the University.  Our office also supports the international student organization RISA and works across campus to support the university's global programs.

International students interested in learning about the Redlands community can refer to this report written by past Redlands students about the town, its history, its civic community, and its potential futures.

Check out this blog post by our student Komz on being an international student at Redlands.  And read here about the work our student Alieu Corr ('20, from The Gambia) about creating an inclusive student community at Redlands.

One part of our global learning environment

An international community

International students find common ground during their time at the University of Redlands.  They meet up in their classes, in their residential communities, for monthly international mixers, and via organizations that promote their academic and personal interests.  Our host family program (launching in 2017-18) gives international students another way of learning about American culture and community.

The Global Quarter

North Hall, on the Redlands main campus, is home to the Global Quarter, a living-learning community that promotes international awareness and that sponsors activities that often interest international students.  Read here about the Global Quarter's recent activities.

At a (global) glance

International students are just one part of Redlands' global community.
