Dear University Staff,
We are now entering the phase of the Strategic Plan where we will identify initiatives and measurable outcomes that will enable the University of Redlands to realize the vision, goals, and objectives outlined in our new Strategic Plan Framework. You can review the Framework on our Strategic Planning website.
Your input and great ideas are more important than ever. We hope you will join us at our strategic planning session for staff on Friday, October 28, from 2:00 – 4:00 p.m. in Casa Loma. Dr. Lisa Foss and Dr. Kemal Atkins, our partners at AGB, will be leading this session so we can hear and gather your thoughts and feedback. This is your session – and there will be ample time for you to work together, listen to one another, and share your thoughts.
To make the session as enjoyable as it is productive, we plan to serve local beer and snacks. So that we can plan for the session, we ask that you please RSVP here or by calling the President’s Office at (909) 748-8390. Staff release time for attending is authorized.
This session is designed to be an in-person event with robust opportunities for engagement. A virtual option will also be offered, especially for those staff members who work on other campuses. Here is the link:

To thank and celebrate you for all you do for our students and the University of Redlands, you are free to leave campus at 4 p.m. but will be paid until 5 p.m. (If your job prevents you from leaving at 4 p.m. on October 28, please speak with your supervisor about using your “Hour Off” another time during the pay period.)
