Moveable Feast: Home Edition

The 73rd Feast of Lights is going virtual this year, and so is our Moveable Feast. Join Town and Gown as we bring this annual event into your home with the Moveable Feast: Home Edition!

Led by the University of Redlands Executive Chef, Robert Sevaly, Town and Gown is hosting an online interactive cooking class where Chef Robert will walk you through the preparation of three delicious holiday-themed appetizers. Even better, aside from a few staple items*, the ingredients are pre-packaged for you to pick up from the U of R Alumni House the day before!

The menu features: Holiday Baked Brie Bites, Holiday Cheese Wreath, and Sweet Potato and Pecan Egg Rolls.

The cost is $40 per box and is more than enough for four people. This event is limited to the first 30 Town and Gown members, and it will sell out!

The deadline to register is Tuesday, December 1st.

Drive-Thru Pick-up: Friday, December 4th - 4:00-6:00 p.m. at the Alumni House

Online Cooking Class: Saturday, December 5th - 2:00 p.m. (via Webex, approx. 1hr.)

Printed instructions will be included with each box, and the cooking class will be recorded and posted online.
*Staple Items: one egg, sugar, brown sugar, cinnamon, cooking spray, and vegetable oil. You'll also need a few basic kitchen items such as a hand mixer or food processor, mini muffin pan, and a pastry brush.
