Wineries will be hand-selected by Steve Olson ’67, Brenda Olson, Judy Olson Laakso '67, and Ed Laakso of ONX Estate Winery. Your unique experience will include tastings, and the opportunity to purchase wines not available outside these locations. Guests will also have exclusive access to meet the winemakers.

ONX ESTATE VINEYARD

Going back to its first vineyard planting in 2005, ONX Estate Wines was always intended to create a unique expression of the Paso Robles American Viticultural Area. With the goal of growing the best grapes in the Central Coast, and creating inspired blends, each of ONX's wines seek to create a heartfelt connection with everyone who tries them. ONX was recently described by Jeb Dunnuck (Robert Parker’s self-anointed replacement) as "compelling, complex, and incredibly high quality."

JADA WINERIES

With over 100 “90/90+” wine ratings for both its Rhone and Bordeaux-style wines, 20 years later, Jada is now counted as one of the top winegrowers and producers on the Central Coast. It’s now no longer just a small family from the East Coast with a dream, but a cadre of talented winemakers, employees, and a phenomenal farming team who have sought to gain the respect of the world over with their estate wines.

LXV WINERY

With its perfectly aspected southwest facing slopes, limestone-rich foothills, and marine-influenced terroir, the property lies in the heart of the Willow Creek District, which has come to be known as the top sub-appellation of Paso Robles. The terroir of Willow Creek shows in its wines. The best expressions are richly textured and precisely structured, with mineral or loamy accents and ripe tannins.  Their neighboring wineries Saxum, Denner, and Linne Calodo have long been regarded as the cult wineries of the region.

L'AVENTURE WINERY

The spirit of L'Aventure is most evident in Stephan's "Paso Blends", such as Optimus and Estate Cuvée. Both wines are Syrah/ Cabernet Sauvignon/ Petit Verdot blends. In these wines, as well as in its Rhône blend Côte à Côte, the blending of premium varietals increases the authenticity, complexity, and balance of the wines. In this adventurous spirit, L'Aventure finds the future of Paso Robles wines... great, balanced red blends.
