Join University of Redlands President Ralph Kuncl and fellow alumni and friends for a weekend of opera and theatre! Angel Blue ’05 is starring in the New York Metropolitan Opera’s Porgy and Bess and will meet our group for an exclusive reception or dinner after a matinee performance. Continue the weekend with a Sunday brunch at The Elgin featuring a talk by Victoria Johnson, Associate Professor of Urban Policy and Planning at Hunter College, about the botanic garden that existed where Rockefeller Center now stands. Conclude the day with a matinee performance of Broadway’s hottest new musical, Tootsie, based on the 1982 comedy film and winner of two Tony Awards!

If you have interest in this Redlands Experience, please follow the link below to the interest form, which will help us finalize arrangements for this fun weekend.

The university is working on negotiating a group rate at a hotel, but all guests will need to call to make their own reservations. Travel to and from New York City is the responsibility of the guest.
