Discussion will include: production and stage management, technical design, sound and lighting, design engineering, creative development, and marketing/administration of high-end theater. A focus on the creative preparation for a professional audition, and by design, not on "camera technique." After 35 casting years working in all media forms, my experience is that the inventive, unexpected, and stand-out audition performances do not rely heavily on second-guessing what their impact will be on camera.
