Program Overview
The women's volleyball team's goal is to become one of the top teams in the SCIAC and achieve national recognition by competing in the NCAA Division III Women's Volleyball Tournament. The program regularly produces All-Conference and All-Region players, and the team made its first-ever NCAA Tournament appearance in 1993 following a 20-win season. While a great deal of emphasis is placed on developing the volleyball skill necessary to compete at a high level, equal attention is paid to guiding student-athletes in making the most of their education. Success on the court, achievement in the classroom, and service to the community are the cornerstones of the Redlands Volleyball Program.
