Redlands School of Education offers evening credential, graduate and professional development programs for students who have completed their bachelor’s degrees. The school guarantees small, sequenced evening classes designed to meet adult students’ needs.
For adults who do not have a bachelor’s degree but are interested in teaching elementary school, the university offers the Liberal Studies Program.
Location Many of the School of Education's classes are taught in our newly renovated building on the university’s beautiful 160-acre campus in the city of Redlands.
Programs Our programs, which are designed for working adults, include the Preliminary Teacher Credential SB2042 for both single-subject and multiple-subject credentials; Master of Arts in Education degrees in areas of Curriculum and Instruction, Educational Administration and Counseling; Service Credentials including Pupil Personnel Services-School Counseling and both the Preliminary and Professional Administrative Services Credentials (Tier I and II), and Professional Development programs for Teacher Induction, Professional Clear Teacher Credential and other specialized areas of study.

Facilities The newly renovated School of Education Building offers “smart classrooms” fully equipped with computers and fully wired for multimedia presentations; the Resource Room offers PC and Mac computing options and numerous other technological and educational resources.
