| April 15, 2008 - The 2008 Edition of “Who’s Who Among Students in American Universities and Colleges” will include the names of 31 students from the University of Redlands. The national directory recognizes students on the basis of academic achievement, service to community and leadership in extracurricular activities.
These students join an elite group of juniors and seniors from over 1,900 institutions of higher education. Outstanding students have been honored in the directory since it was first published in 1934.
The 2008 recipients from the University of Redlands are:

- Lauren Brewer, a senior liberal studies major from Yorba Linda, Calif.;
- William J. Butler, a senior creative writing major; Meghan Cochran-Yu, a senior biochemistry and Asian studies major.; Christa Hatfield, a senior psychology major; and Lauren Matta, a junior accounting major, all from Redlands;
- Troy Campbell, a senior government major from Cherry Valley, Calif.;
- Hillary Chambers, a senior sociology major from Anaheim, Calif.;
- Katie Clarke, a senior liberal studies major from Mountain View, Calif.;
- Matthew Dunn, a senior sociology and environmental studies major from Wilton, North Carolina;
- M. Eliot McBride, a junior English literature and economics major from Las Vegas;
- Holly Evans, a junior biochemistry and molecular biology major from Hayward, Calif.;
- Jennifer Even, a senior communicative disorders major from Brea, Calif.;
- Nicolas Fisher, a senior business administration major from Santa Rosa, Calif.;
