Junior Domingo joined the Bulldogs as the Head Athletic Trainer in late December of 2005. A familiar face to the University of Redlands, he served a short stint with the Bulldogs as an interim assistant athletic trainer during the spring of 2004. He then moved on to nearby Chapman University as an assistant athletic trainer, primarily working with men’s basketball, men’s soccer and baseball, while also teaching classes in the athletic training education program.
Domingo completed his Master of Science in Exercise Science from Utah State University in 2004 while working as a graduate assistant in athletic training. Prior to that, he graduated Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology with an emphasis in Athletic Training from Long Beach State University. While at Long Beach, this Presidential Scholar earned President’s and Dean’s lists honors, and became a member of the Golden Key National Honor Society. Beyond his athletic training certification from the NATABOC, Domingo is trained in First Aid, CPR, and AED.
Domingo also boasts memberships to several organizations, including the National Athletic Trainers’ Association (NATA), College Athletic Trainers’ Society (CATS) and California Athletic Trainers’ Association (CATA). This native of Southern California enjoys spending time with friends and family, and participating in athletic activities such as team sports and outdoor recreation. Domingo currently resides in Redlands. |
