- Management of all shared administrative applications - Datatel
- Colleague & Benefactor, ProBusiness, Library System, Resource 25, etc.
- Management of all shared administrative databases
- Management of all shared web based administrative applications
- Management of the campus data warehouse and reporting
- Participation in on-going functional analysis of campus departments
- Administrative systems training, support and maintenance
- Super User support
