The Enterprise Services team provides the following support:
- Maintain and support campus network (UoRNet)
- Network Management; design and expansion
Local Area Networks (LANs) and Wide Area Network (Regional) support and maintenance
- Campus cable plant management; design and expansion for voice, data and video
- Audio/video services (On-site and at the Regional Centers)
- Internet access and maintenance (On-site and at the Regional Centers)
- Maintain telephone services (On-site and at the Regional Centers)
- ResNet support
- Management of all centrally supported computing services and systems
- Management of all campus file servers and databases
- Management of all enterprise services: E-mail, Web server(s), etc.
- Management of backup services
- Management of access and computing security
- Operation of Equipment Room - Telephone switch, computing systems and networking equipment, disaster recovery, etc.
