The Bulldog Optimist Club focuses on “bringing out the best in kids.”  Through numerous service projects, optimists work to promote optimism as a philosophy of life and encourage the development of youth.  We believe that the giving of one’s self in service to others will advance the well-being of humankind, community life and the world. 

The Bulldog Optimist Club is a chapter of Optimist International and was initiated on the Redlands campus in September 2004.
