The User Services/Help Desk team is available to provide the following support:
- Maintain and support University-provided computer and peripherals
- Provide support for University-provided software
- Provide technical assistance to user via phone, e-mail, on-site and walk-in traffic
- Install software and peripherals as requested
- Provide liaison support for all technical needs of the campus community
- Assists with operating system, anti-virus, and anti-spyware updates and compliance
