User Services

The User Services/Help Desk team is available to provide the following support:

  • Maintain and support University-provided computer and peripherals
  • Provide support for University-provided software
  • Provide technical assistance to user via phone, e-mail, on-site and walk-in traffic
  • Install software and peripherals as requested
  • Provide liaison support for all technical needs of the campus community
  • Assists with operating system, anti-virus, and anti-spyware updates and compliance
