Chakrapani has worked in numerous areas of computer science over the past 30 years. He has published papers and articles in a variety of journals, and co-authored a biomedical engineering performance analysis paper that was presented at the 2007 IEEE Engineering in Medicine and Biology Society Conference. His current focus is on the pedagogy of computing in a rapidly changing computing environment.
