The Yard

Early spring at The Yard

The Bulldogs compete at The Yard, which offers a beautiful view for spectators.

Home to the Bulldog baseball team, The Yard is the University of Redlands’ 500-seat baseball stadium. The field is completely enclosed and offers an extraordinary setting with a glorious mountain backdrop.

With the addition of bullpens, batting cages and a new infield, The Yard offers student-athletes one of the finest Division III baseball facilities in Southern California and perhaps the country.

Due to its outstanding quality, The Yard won Pioneer Manufacturing's Field of Excellence award in 2003.

A rather large facility, the field stretches 340 feet to left field, 413 feet to center field, and 332 feet to right field. Outfielders are challenged by the slight hill up the right side to the fence.
