The University’s Academic Success Center is your resource to tap for academic management, no matter what your major or program.

The Center is where you can develop and strengthen the skills essential to your academic success and personal growth through:

  • College Success Strategies course
  • Subject tutoring
  • Writing tutoring
  • Peer Mentoring
  • Programming
  • Workshops

The Center is also a resource when you need help with:

  • Individual subjects
  • Study skills
  • Academic planning
  • Time management
  • Note-taking skills
  • Test-taking skills

Two types of tutoring are available:

  • One-on-one and small group tutoring for a specific course
  • General writing tutoring for help with any type of writing assignment, including essays, research papers and graduate school personal statements.

You can find us on the lower level of the Armacost Library in the Student Development Center. Please drop by for a visit. We are here to help you.
