The University owns and manages a 23-unit apartment complex, the Central Avenue Apartments, adjacent to and within a short walking distance to campus for the use of our graduate students and university-sanctioned visitors. The complex is composed of a mixture of single-story furnished duplexes and cottages clustered around a private driveway. There are 9 one-bedroom and 13 two-bedroom apartments, with one apartment occupied by the University’s resident property manager. Residents share the use of a private swimming pool that is restricted to the Central Avenue Apartment residents.
The annual rate varies depending on the room type you choose. Rent is billed three times per year.
The first payment, which is equal to four month's rent, is due no later than two weeks prior to the first day of classes, and is non-refundable once the student becomes a resident.
