The Brockton Avenue Apartments community offers University students the chance to experience apartment-style housing while still taking advantage of the programs and activities sponsored by Residence Life and Housing. This facility houses around 198 upper class students in 4-bedroom, 2-bathroom units. A group application process takes place in the spring semester for students to live together in single rooms. Each apartment is air-conditioned, furnished with furniture, and features a kitchen with a barstool island. Student provide their own cooking and eating utensils. A central community room is on the complex for meetings, studying and socializing.
