University of Redlands > Student Life > Student Activities & Organizations > Leadership Programs
We believe that students generally learn best through doing. And that is particularly true in the area of leadership.
That is why we offer our students a variety of opportunities to gain hands-on leadership experiences proven to be useful long after graduation.
Students can develop and build leadership skills through a variety of clubs and organizations, community service, recreational sports and outdoor programs.
These programs are supported by the Student Leadership and Involvement Center (SLIC), in partnership with Residential Life, Community Service Learning, Athletics, faculty, the Student Development Center, Student Life and other groups on campus.
Through these opportunities, Redlands students continue to discover and strengthen the “leader within.”
