The atmosphere at East Hall is alive with community-building that creates a positive first-year student experience. The residence life staff provides a supportive and dynamic learning environment through events that help students get to know each other, learn how to get the most out of their college experience, and enhance their academic and personal development.

East Hall houses 125 students in air-conditioned, carpeted, double- and triple-occupancy rooms with hallway bathrooms. East Hall is co-educational. Each floor contains two lobbies for socializing, as well as a number of study rooms for quiet work alone or in small groups. The community also contains a pool table, ping pong table, television with cable, and a small kitchen equipped with a stove, oven, microwave, sink, and refrigerator. The laundry facilities for East Hall are conveniently located next door in the rear of the Orton Center.
