The Brockton Avenue Apartments community offers University students the chance to experience apartment-style housing while still taking advantage of the programs and activities sponsored by the department of Residence Life and Housing. This facility houses around 198 upperclass students in 4-bedroom, 2-bathroom units. A group application process takes place in the spring semester. Each apartment is air-conditioned, furnished and has a kitchen. A central community room is on the complex for meetings, studying and socializing.

Starting fall of 2014, the Brockton Apartments will host an intentional transfer community in one of its seven blocks. Returning students must apply to live in this themed community having the opportunity to be mentors to incoming transfer students and helping them navigate their transition and find their niches at Redlands.
