Apartment-style housing is available east of the soccer field on Brockton Avenue. This facility houses about 198 upper-class students in 4-bedroom, 2-bathroom units. A group application process takes place in the spring semester. This community housing option is not available to new students. Each unit is air-conditioned, furnished and has a kitchen. A central community room is on the complex for meetings and studying.
