The Residence Life and Housing Mission Statement is "Building Lasting Communities of Learning," and Leslie is excited to support this mission every day in her work at the University.

Leslie is in her seventh year at the University of Redlands, providing oversight for housing assignments, programming, staff supervision, departmental assessment, and training for the student and professional staff. Leslie is officially ABD (met all requirements but the dissertation) in the University of Redlands’ doctoral program in Leadership for Educational Justice. This year she will complete the dissertation process and anticipates graduation in April, 2014.

Leslie obtained an MSEd in counseling from Youngstown State University and a BS in psychology from the University of Pittsburgh. She has overseen Anderson, Brockton, East, Merriam, North, Williams, Grossmont, and Fairmont in her time as an area director and assistant director at the University of Redlands, and she is honored to have the responsibility of visioning and supervision of the Residence Life and Housing Department.
