Degrees: Pursuing Educational Doctorate in Leadership for Educational Justice at the University of Redlands, Master's of Education in School Counseling from Youngstown State University (2007), Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Pittsburgh (2003)

Areas of Responsibility: Professional and student staff member supervision, staff development and training, programming advising, departmental assessment, student conduct, advisor to Alpha Sigma Pi sorority,  Leadership Education Courses: SSRV 101, 105, and 201

Professional Background: Leslie was an intensive case manager for adults with severe and chronic mental illness before returning to graduate school, where she worked as a Graduate Assistant for Large-Scale Programming at Youngstown State University. She spent three years as an Area Director and a year as the Assistant Director at the University of Redlands before transitioning into the position of Associate Director in July 2011. Leslie served on the Executive Committee for the Western Association of College and University Housing Officers (WACUHO) and is currently serving on numerous other professional committees. She has won several awards as a new professional through WACUHO and served on numerous committees in the organization and its international counterpart, ACUHO-I. Leslie was also named Greek Faculty Advisor of the Year for 2008-2009 and 2010-2011.
