Internships and Employment
Internships are an excellent way to gain relevant work experience. In a competitive job market, internships become a vital part of your resume and may set you apart from other applicants. Internships can also help with exploration of various industries and occupations.
Internships may be paid or undertaken for academic credit. Academic internships are negotiated between the student and a sponsoring faculty member. The Office of Professional Development can work with you to explore internship opportunities, along with your Faculty Mentors.
