Professional Background:
Currently, Courtney is the Assistant Director of Academic Success at the University of Redlands, where he assists students with Academic Counseling and also teaches College/Career Success courses. Courtney is also an Adjunct Counselor at Norco College where he assists students with Academic Planning and also teaches Guidance courses. Previously, Courtney was a Graduate Assistant for the Community Service Learning office at the University of Redlands from fall 2006 - summer of 2008 and then was hired as the Program Coordinator of Academic Success and Disability Services in 2009.
