Time Management and Procrastination
Managing your time in college can be a difficult process especially when you have so much on your plate. Join us at this workshop where you will learn valuable tips and secrets to a more fruitful and less stressful term. Through our group activities and reflection techniques, you will be able to run a more efficient schedule by utilizing planning tools and recognizing the reasons for procrastination. This workshop will help you prioritize your tasks so that you are in control and ready to achieve your goals.

Study Skills and Test-Taking
Studying for a test can be an overwhelming process. Attending every class and turning in your assignments is only part of what will make you ready for the test. In this workshop, you will gain study habits that will help you prepare for the exam that's coming up. You will become more aware of the study environment, length of time and memorization strategies that best suit your study habits. To prepare you for the day of the test, tips will be given on ways to answer each question with confidence. Let's make your study sessions count!

Making major and career decisions can be difficult but this workshop will assist you in exploring your options and get you closer to your career paths!

Stress Management
Feeling the pressures of college life taking over? At this workshop, you will learn about stress and ways to manage it. You will gain insight on how stress affects your body and take away useful resources that can change your college life for the better. You will learn that identifying your stress level and perceptions on life are key elements to managing stress. In addition, we will discuss techniques that will prevent stress from reoccurring and give you insight into staying in control.
