Assistant Director of CDI, Koby Rodriguez

Koby Rodríguez is the Assistant Director for Campus Diversity and Inclusion. In this role, he helps coordinate the Women's, Multicultural and Pride Centers and coordinates social justice and diversity themed trainings for the campus community.

He graduated from the University of Redlands with a Bachelor's degree in Race and Ethnic Studies and a Master's Degree in Higher Education. Koby has presented at the NASPA regional conference on first-generation programs at the University of Redlands.

In addition to this role, Koby simultaneously serves as the Residence Hall Coordinator for Fairmont Hall. Fairmont Hall houses the Catalyst Program, which is a residence hall community dedicated to living and learning the concept of social justice.
