 Keana Moore

Community Director - Cortner and Melrose Halls

Hello Bulldogs! My name is Keana Moore and I am a junior majoring in Global Business and minoring in Math. I am from the Sacramento area and have truly found my new home in Redlands. Last year I was a Community Assistant in East Hall, so I am very excited to work in the Melrose and Cortner communities this fall semester before I study abroad in Barcelona in Spring 2016. I am also involved with the Beta Lambda sorority, the National Residence Hall Honorary, and the Maroon & Grey Student Ambassador program. I hope you all enjoy the rest of your summer vacation and I can't wait to meet all of you in the fall semester! Och Tamale!.

Briana Blanco-Johnson

Community Director - Grossmont Hall

Briana is a Junior majoring in Business Administration with a minor in Psychology. She is from Los Angeles, CA and has made the University of Redlands her home away from home. Briana is the Community Director of Grossmont Hall for 2014-2015 academic year and is excited to see what the year brings. In addition to being apart of Residence Life and Housing, Briana is involved with the business fraternity, Delta Sigma Pi.  During her free time she loves to swim, hike, paint and hang out with friends. She is thankful to be able to help build lasting communities of learning.

Taylor Ebert

Community Director, Fairmont Hall

Hey Bulldogs! I am a senior majoring in International Relations with a minor in Psychology. I am originally from La Crescenta, CA but Redlands has become my second home. In addition to being the Community Director of Fairmont, I am also the ASUR Executive Director of Inclusion and involved with FIE. I’m excited to welcome new and old members into the Fairmont community! I hope you all have an awesome summer and I can’t wait for the new academic year! Och Tamale!

Robert Magdaleno

Community Director, Grove Apartments

As Community Director of the Grove Apartments I hope to build a community of lasting relationships. When I am not in class I can be found throughout the day people watching, whistling the tune to Riptide or Skinny Love, or running around half naked, since I am on the cross country and track team. For my senior year my goals are to graduate with a degree in government, learn how to snap with both hands, and eat a dozen Yum Yum donuts in one sitting. Due to being colorblind, I have never seen the color purple but am strangely okay with that. I have an ongoing bet with the Grove staff to see who will be the first to take a selfie with every resident. An award, to the staff member and the student, will be given to the most creative selfie as well. I may or may not willingly accept bribes, preferably jellybeans, in this competition. May the force be with you, Bulldogs!

Maggie Ruopp

Community Coordinator, Johnston Complex

I’m a senior with an emphasis in history, media, creative writing and stand-up comedy. I spend a lot of academic time thinking about death, but like, in a funny way, so it’s chill. I’m from a small town in the great state of Vermont (and yes, I have met Bernie Sanders). After graduating, I did some solo roadtripping west of the Mississippi before landing in Chicago. I spent three years there playing Mary Poppins for a lovely family, organizing houses and doing mostly terribly, but always fun, theater. I also once saw Michelle Obama step out of a car on her way to a parent teacher’s conference. I’m looking forward to meeting all my new Buffalo (and the beautiful stray Bulldogs we capture)!

Lucas Min

Community Director, California-Founders Halls

Hi friends! My name is Lucas and I am a senior. I am majoring in environmental science with a minor in spatial studies. I worked as a community assistant last two years and I am thrilled to be a community director this year in California & Founders Hall. I will serve as a residence life representative on the ASUR Cabinet as well as a director of special events under ASUR Social Affairs. I am also part of three different national honor societies. I cannot wait to see new faces and get to know many of you. And for those who are going to live either in Cal-Fou, you made the best decision so far. :) See y'all soon!

Joe Galarza

Community Director, North Hall

Email: Joseph

Hello all! My name is Joe Galarza. I am a Junior majoring in Sociology here at the University of Redlands. I was previously a community assistant for East Hall and will be the Community Director of North Hall this upcoming Fall! I am a member of the Greek Community here at Redlands in the Chi Sigma Chi fraternity. I am super stoked to start this upcoming year and hope all of you are as well! You can usually catch me waiting for some coffee outside of the Bulldog Cafe, so feel free to stop and chat or snag a high five if you see me skating around campus! See you soon, Bulldogs!
