The Grove Apartments are a transfer and upperclass student community located on the south border of the University of Redlands campus. Grove offers students the benefits of on-campus living with an independent lifestyle. The complex is managed by the University and has a full Residence Life staff which oversees its daily function. Students living in the apartments are able to choose from single and double occupancy rooms within two-bedroom, two-bathroom apartments.

Returning students must apply to live in this community as mentors to incoming transfer students, who will be placed in each apartment with these returning students. We are excited about the opportunity for great current students to help new students navigate their transition and find their niches at Redlands.

Ameneties include: twin bed, desk and chair, closet, chest-of-drawers, air conditioning, patio, two parking spaces, kitchen with garbage disposal and dishwasher, and laundry facilities.
