CHAMPS and UHOP getting together to mentor!
Big Buddies
Big Buddies is a child-centered service program that provides positive college role models for elementary and middle school students. It is a year long commitment of befriending and supporting the Middle and Little Buddies, with active programs full of fun and mentoring.
CHAMPS
The College High school Alliance Mentoring Program and Service (CHAMPS) is a service program that provides high school students with a consistent college role model and friend to help them achieve their goals. It is a year long commitment that can be serious and challenging, yet is always fun and rewarding.
Jasper’s Corner
Jasper’s Corner is a service program providing local elementary through high school students with a homework assistance club. University mentors help younger students understand and improve in a variety of academic subjects.
UHOP
The University Humor Outreach Program teaches life lessons through unscripted performing arts, otherwise known as improv. UHOP members will help high school students build confidence, develop public speaking skills and grow as individuals in a fun and inviting environment.
