KDAWG radio is the voice of the University—a student-run Web cast radio station that can be accessed anywhere online.

The student deejays represent a variety of majors, including environmental studies, English and communicative disorders. Students play an eclectic mix of music, including contemporary and classic jazz, alternative rock and R and B.

There are more than 1,700 trees on the University of Redlands campus.

In April 2010, it was designated a Tree Campus USA by the Arbor Day Foundation. Redlands is among just three other colleges or universities in California to receive this designation.
