University of Redlands' students preparing the farm to plant vegetable seeds.

The Sustainable University of Redlands Farm (SURF) is a natural farm in its beginning stages, but already grows and sells fresh vegetables to Bon Appetit, the Food Management Company on campus, composts pre-consumed food from the cafeteria, has a Zuni Waffle Garden, California Native Garden and offers a Campus Community Garden  with plots leasable to students, staff, faculty, and any organization on campus.
