Judicial Council is a branch of ASUR that works to ensure that the ASUR Constitution is being followed by all branches of student government, and that the system of checks and balances is being carried out properly. The Council assesses various situations through the lens of the Constitution to determine that it is being applied correctly. At times, this may require adjudicating issues between various entities or updating certain parts of the Constitution.
