As Executive Directors of Inclusion we wish to give students the opportunity to expand their knowledge on the topic of diversity. We hope to accomplish this through various programs that are aimed at educating, encouraging, and celebrating diversity on campus. Our goal through this promotion is to create a safe space for students on campus and in their community, and to also help students expand their comfort zone. We will make this possible by collaborating with different organizations on campus and listening to the student population to ensure that the University of Redlands is an inclusive environment for all.
