Professional Background: The Graduate Manager Intern (GMI) for Wellness Programming & Intramural Sports position was designed to provide positive, healthy lifestyle options for students here at the University of Redlands. Wellness Programming is new to the University of Redlands, but with the addition of Tom and his experience, working in conjunction with the office of Community Service Learning (CSL), fellow SLIC staff members, faculty, and the student body, we hope to build and develop a holistic and inclusive sense of wellness for every member of the campus community. Tom, a recent graduate from the University of Redlands, was a Community Assistant (CA) in the Brockton Apartments. As a Community Assistant Tom enforced university policy, planned and executed numerous programs, and fostered community within the apartment complex and across campus.
