Advising student organizations, event planning, concert planning, risk management for campus programs, facilitator for DiSC and Strengths.
Ilaria is the Director of the Student Leadership and Involvement Center and has held this position for the past nine years. She oversees co-curricular programs such as ASUR, Greek Life, New Student Orientation, and Leadership programming. Previously, she held various positions throughout the University including Residence Life, Study Abroad and the Student Leadership and Involvement Center. Ilaria believes in learning by doing and is committed to finding co-curricular opportunities for all students to engage with what they are learning.
