Internship & Employment Planning

Finding a good position to apply for depends on your unique set of values, interests, and skills. This workshop will help you reflect on what type of position would be a good fit for you as well as give you the tools to research industries, fields, and specific employers. We will explore Handshake, LinkedIn, Indeed, and other popular online search platforms. We will also discuss ways to utilize your existing network and expand your professional contacts to research fields and learn about potential opportunities. Participant limit: 10

Once you have targeted specific internship and employment opportunities, we recommend you attend our Résumé/CV & Cover Letter Development workshop to help you articulate how your experience makes you the best applicant for the job.
