Counseling Center

The Counseling Center is the mental health clinic for the University of Redlands. We provide free and confidential short-term mental health services, including individual therapy, crisis intervention, group therapy and consultation services to our campus. Our Counseling Center is committed to inclusivity and to providing a supportive space for everyone.

We are aware of the impact of COVID-19 not only on the physical health of our community but also on the mental health of our community. We are here for you. We are providing mental health services to registered U of R students through a hybrid environment: through secure video platform and in-person (following CDC guidelines).
