Greek Governance and Community Development

Greek Council is the joint governing body of the social greek organizations. Inter-Fraternity Council is the governing body of the social fraternities and Panhellenic Council is the governing body of the social sororities.

The objective of Greek Council shall be to promote the best interests of sororities, fraternities, and of the University in establishing close cooperation between groups in matters of general interest and in matters of Greek activities. Additionally, Greek Council seeks to promote the five pillars of Greek Life amongst its members.

All Groups shall express and practice mutual respect for each other, Panhellenic Council, Interfraternity Council and the University community at all times.

Greek Council Leadership

Co-Presidents Fall 2018 Presidents are Tess Karnes and Nando Martinez.   Responsible for leading the Greek Council meetings.

Members of Greek organizations have many opportunities for leadership within their organizations, serving as officers, volunteering on committees and overseeing special projects. Greek students also have a variety of opportunities to provide leadership to all Redlands Greeks.
