Prospective Students

Day/Overnight Visits

Students in the Commons

Visits to campus can last an hour or a day—it’s all up to you! Our Visit Coordinator is here to help personalize your visit and assure that you see and experience everything that’s important to you and your college search.

Attending Classes

With more than 40 programs of study, there's bound to be a class on the schedule that interests you. A class visit will demonstrate how a small class, an enthusiastic teacher and talented students can be a truly powerful combination. You can sit back and observe or participate to whatever degree you feel comfortable. (On Fridays, class visitation is available in the morning only and is limited primarily to math, science and language classes.)

The Visit Coordinator will help you choose the best option for you.

Overnight Visits

Get a glimpse of just about every aspect of campus life by staying overnight. You can stay in a residence hall Sunday through Thursday nights. Your student admissions host will introduce you to life on campus, which might include performances, classes, athletic events and quiet times spent studying and talking with friends. Please allow three weeks' notice so the Visit Coordinator can help with your schedule.

Note that overnight stays are limited to high school seniors and transfer students for one night only. Accommodations for Friday or Saturday nights are not available.

Day Visits

If you can't stay overnight, become a Redlands’ student for a day—tour the campus, visit a class, talk with faculty, try our food and see the residence halls. Select a date that fits your schedule and, with at least three weeks' notice, the Visit Coordinator will help with the logistics. Plan to arrive early in the day so you'll have enough time on campus.

Athletic Visits

Our coaches want to meet with you and show you our athletic facilities if you're interested in participating in NCAA Division III intercollegiate athletics. If you are coordinating a visit with a coach directly, please let us know when calling to arrange your visit. We'll work it into your schedule.
