Meet the Staff

Janise Rick Office Manager Assistant to the Dean	I do a little bit of everything here in the office, including working with the AdHost team, assisting the Dean with admission decisions, and overall administrative management.
Diana Rains Application Processing Coordinator	I manage all aspects of the admissions application-from downloading, to filing, to preparing each for review.
Velia “Ve” Munoz Office Assistant	I work closely with the rest of the office staff to process applications, enter parts and manage filing.
Kimberly Parker Visit Coordinator	I schedule overnight and day visits for prospective students. I also arrange athletic coach visits for prospective students as well as tours and interviews for recruits.
Eileen Chavez Taylor Rangel Office Assistants II	We meet and greet all visitors at our front desk, answer all admissions calls and schedule all counseling, individual and group tour appointments, along with a few other tasks.
