Enterprise Services

The Enterprise Services team provides the following support:

  • Maintain and support voice, data, and video networks
  • Network management of wired and wireless local area networks (LANs) and Regional Center wide area networks; design and expansion; and support and maintenance
  • Internet access and maintenance (campus and Regional Centers)
  • Audio/video services in support of instructional, staff, and student organizational events
  • Management of telephone services (campus and Regional Centers); design and expansion; and support and maintenance
  • Management of mobile phone services for faculty and staff
  • Management of structured cable plant; construction/project design and expansion for voice, data, and video
  • Residential Network (ResNet) support to connect students to wired and wireless LAN
  • Management of centrally supported computing services and systems
  • Management of campus file servers, central storage networks and devices, and databases
  • Management of enterprise services: E-mail; Web and content server(s); and enterprise resource planning and learning management systems
  • Management of data backup and restoral services
  • Management of access and computing security for instructional, staff, student, and guest accounts
  • Operation of Data Center and equipment rooms: telephone switch, computing systems and network equipment (campus and Regional Centers), Lewis Hall, Truesdail Clinic, and emergency operations
  • Support and maintain technology services for the Redlands Institute; geographic spatial systems and equipment
