Construction Management

Construction on Armacost Library

The Office of Construction Management is responsible for day-to-day on-site oversight of all major construction projects on campus.

Construction Management contributes to the long-range vision of the campus master plan and facility quality at the University.  It also acts as the key liaison between building contractors, architects, engineers, consultants, the city of Redlands, outside agencies and the University to ensure that all major construction projects are well designed, managed and completed on time within project budgets.

There are more than 1,700 trees on the University of Redlands campus.
