Key Responsibilities
Responsibilities include management and hands-on duties that are consistent with those of a real estate broker in the acquisition, disposition, leasing and management of University off-campus real property holdings and proposed gifts of real property.
These administrative and management duties include: conducting real property reviews and analysis, acquisition and marketing, property management and leasing office space for the School of Business.
