Redlands Alumnus to Share “Seven Paths to Poverty: Finding Financial Stability in an Unstable World”

(January 24, 2011) The University of Redlands will host a reception for the campus and community on Wednesday, Feb. 2 as Gary Byrne ’64 discusses his new book, “Seven Paths to Poverty: Finding Financial Stability in an Unstable World.” Byrne will give a presentation on the key points found in the book, and copies will be available for sale.

The reception will be held at 5 p.m. in the Casa Loma Room on the University of Redlands campus, and proceeds from the book are being given to the University.

Byrne is the president of Vesta Capital, an investment capital firm in Santa Barbara. “The Seven Paths to Poverty” is directed specifically at those ages 15-40 and aims to help them achieve financial success.
