Guest Lecturer Professor Jeffrey Nesteruk, J.D. to Speak for Banta Center Lecture Series

The heavy influence that corporations have on our lives and how the law should ethically understand and define the corporation will be the center of a discussion with Professor Jeffrey Nesteruk, J. D. Wednesday, Nov. 3 in the Casa Loma Room at the University.

Nesteruk, who will speak as a guest lecturer for the Banta Center for Business, Ethics & Society, teaches Legal Studies at Franklin and Marshall College, and has served as director of the college’s Center for Liberal Arts and Society.

The presentation, “What is a Corporation?” begins at 6:15 p.m. A buffet will be served before the presentation at 5:30 p.m.
