Technology and digital media columnist Rich Jaroslovsky will discuss “How Online and Mobile Technologies Are Upending the Media—Again” at the Redlands Forum, 5:30 p.m. Oct. 15 in the Esri Conference Center.

Jaroslovsky shares an insider’s perspective into how the digital revolution is changing and, in some cases, upending the journalism and book publishing worlds.

Jaroslovsky covers technology and digital media for Bloomberg News and Bloomberg Businessweek. Before that, he served as executive editor in charge of Bloomberg's worldwide coverage of government, political, and economic news. He also had a lengthy career at Dow Jones & Co. where he helped launch the first The Wall Street Journal Online edition, becoming the publication's first managing editor.

A California native, Jaroslovsky graduated from Stanford University where he was the editor-in-chief of the Stanford Daily. He and his wife recently moved from New York City to Emerald Hills, California.
