 A new documentary by Religious Studies professor Fran Grace will take you inside one of the first contemplative classrooms in the country—Larsen Hall 103.

Why meditate? What does meditation have to do with education?

The new film, "A Semester Within: Exploring Meditation," featuring University of Redlands faculty, students and staff explores the answers.

 The first showing of the film in Redlands will be held Wednesday, Jan. 14. The film's writer and producer, professor Fran Grace, will be at the screening with professor Lorenzo Garbo and the students in their meditation class. They will answer questions after the 50-minute screening.
